Born and raised on the South Side of Easton, PA, Gae and Sam spent their childhood as most every child does; growing, learning and acting like kids.

 

  They came from a family of 8 with dreams of being cooks; their dreams have finally come true. Gae and Sam run and operate Gaetano's Italian Restaurant just as if they were having guests in their own home.

 

  They have been in the restaurant business for 50 years. Gae was better known as the head chef at Pizza D'oro in Easton, which has now been taken over by her 3 sons. The whole family gets great pleasure from sharing their cullinary creations to all people in the Lehigh Valley. So why not come in for a family dinner with not just your family, but ours?
